I see a previous discussion on this, that says you can set one account to silent, but I can't figure out how to do this, and Aqua Mail is the ONLY android app that allows custom schedule notifications, or else I would have uninstalled it by now. Too bad it doesn't allow receive scheduling by account, It is so incredibly obvious that everybody needs this, yet nobody supports it.
I should probably provide a little more insight into this problem since the developer of this program likely doesn't use more than one account like normal people. 99% of people who use android, have a work email account (at least one), and a personal email account (at least one). Are you still with me? They don't want notifications for their work email while their at work sitting in front of their computer, in fact they don't event want their phone checking their work email since it wastes battery, BUT, they do possibly want their personal email notifications WHILE THEY ARE AT WORK!!!!!!! This is not complicated. Why does nobody understand this?

Please go to Account list > long press on Account name (that's the trick 8)) > Special settings
There you will find requested options behind:
# Mail, receiving
# Message notifications
# Send notifications
Toggle from "off" to "on"and you will find special options for you needs.
Has to repeat for each account...
