Hi,
I have been using AquaMail for years...I like it very much....
New phone. Note 4... Android 4.4.4...
The messages in my inbox are automatically moved to the deleted folder. The only messages that are in my inbox right now, are two of about 20 I received yesterday, and a few new ones from today.
I did not have this issue on an old phone Note 2...need to turn off "auto delete"
Thanks for your help and thanks for a great mail app

As far as I know there is no "auto delete" function in AquaMail.

There is no auto-delete in Aqua, so I second @mikeone's suggestion -- check your web mail to see where those messages are.
Aqua will sync each folder's messages as they are, but does not even have any code to move messages between folders.
Still, just in case, you may want to remove the account from Aqua (long press the account -> choose from popup menu) and add it back.
