Sorry, a similar problem arises now. Now after a restart no longer functioned Notify heads-up and sounds.

normal 'standard Notifications' are successful.

There seems again to be a settings conflict. when I install the app without the settings restore everything is successful.

I find the conflict ...

If these settings are enabled affect heads-up and sound in the notifications.

I assume that is intentional?

You have silent mode enabled.

Heads-up notifications only work with vibration (and yes, it's undocumented).

PS - I meant undocumented in Android developer docs, not in AquaMail...

I tried Aquamail in ARC Welder, the Android in Chrome feature. It sort of works, but crashes each time the Exchange mail folder is refreshed. But when I restart it, the mails are actually refreshed. Besides that Aquamail is quite usable on the desktop :).

The Exchange crash has to do with Calendar sync, and is in the ARC's Android runtime:

https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=474063

I should turn off Exchange by default, and have a warning there...

If you long press your Exchange account -> options and folders -> Exchange options -> turn off calendar sync, then this should stop the crashes.
