Title: How do I disable application updates?

I like the older version on my phone and don't want to update it to any other newer versions.  Can someone tell me where in Settings I can turn it off?

There is no setting inside the app, because this is controlled by Google's Play Store.

However,  which version are you currently using?

I don't know if this would work but maybe, in android settings /apps / Aquamail / unselect "show notification".

May probably also break AM notifying you when you receive new emails if you use its widgets.

You can disable Auto update for AquaMail in Google Play app.
