Title: Where is the backup option?

I must be blind ... but I can't find the option to backup my accounts and settings which is mentioned many times here in the forum :-(

I am on version 1.5.1.13, and would like to backup my settings. I have reached a nice and convenient setup now and wanted to preserve that just in case it ever gets lost.

Please someone point me into the right direction ... Thanks!

I was not aware that the settings menu looks different for the various screens!

Anyway, starting this I run into another problem. The settings can't be stored to my external sd-card? Why is that and what to do? I have read somewhere about Android apps not being able to access the sd-card ... but is there a way to get around this?

Guess I will have to store to internal and then somehow transfer it from there. I'm not ready to root my device for just this.
