Hi,
I had Aqua Mail on my Galaxy S4 and it worked seamlessly. I have now got it on my Galaxy S5 and when i go into any of the 4 inbox i use it sometimes takes upto 30 seconds to show the mail. It is also the same with the Smart Folder?
Any ideas on what might be wrong?
On the S4 i used the settings it came with and didn't change anything and i've done the same with the S5. All 4 of my accounts are through Gmail.
Thank you,
Mark

Do you mean opening a folder's message list?
Try Menu -> Compact the database in the app's main window (account list)
---
Or message text, when you open a particular message, slow to show (10-30 seconds, or even longer)?
Check system settings -> accessibility.
If you find any apps listed there, especially password management (LastPass, etc) o "security" related (Norton Something Or Other) -- turn them off, reboot the phone and see if the issue goes away.

Hi,
Yes when i open a folders message list.
I've checked the Accessibility and there is nothing there.
Compacting the database seems to have worked. I'll know better when i have a group of messages come in.
I'll update later
Thank you

Accessibility is for when message view doesn't show anything.
For this one, general sluggishness, it's "compact the database", so you did the right thing.
