Title: Transfer email addresses from laptop

Is it possible to transfer email contacts file from windows live mail to aqua mail running on Samsung tab 4? Any advice please? The email file is on a laptop running windows 7. Thanks.

Yes (and it's not specific to Aqua).

Android syncs a lot of things with the device's @gmail account (system settings -> accounts), even if you don't use it for emailing.

So what you need to do is get those contacts into your Gmail account's Contact list -- then the system will sync them to the Android device -- and they'll be available to all apps there, including Aqua.
