I think (yeah I'm not really sure lol) this update changed a nice green into that pretty ugly yellow color in there :|

It's only in dual pane view. I can't find an option to change that one color, but green was definitely more pleasing :P

Floating action bar is visible only when I have today's mail list on screen,  if I Slide down more to see older mails,  floating button disappears,  is it by design and intended?  Thanks

This is indeed by design....all new Google apps, and apps designed with this floating bar, has the same design for this. You just touch slightly the list and it appears.

>> all new Google apps

If you look at ten Google's own apps, you'll find ten inconsistent ways to implement each new design elements. And the "official design guide" will be the 11th. :)

>> Kostya, your FAB is *fabulous*

Thank you.

>> The green before was better, in my opinion also

I might have to provide yet another customization setting.

Hi Kostya,
one feature added (FAB), one new request  ;)

special feature,
when we have one message containing more than one image, could be possible to navigate swiping the picture (opened) without to close one and open tne next or previous one?

I suppose that requires the image/video viewer inside Aquamail... ::)

could be solved storing when received (setting a specific folder by user) images to a "normal folder", visible with image viewer, and start the standard viewer (logging this folder) when tyou tap image, and navigate to others in sequence?

ciao

If you're going to do that -- there is a "save all" button, which saves all images to the download folder... but they they're not separated from other messages, though.

Yes, I know that... You will find a solution

While that's slightly better, I don't see how a green in the folder selection would contrast the action bar and the mail selection. It's only in dual pane mode that it's yellow anyway, single pane layout still uses that nice green in the folder selection.

Kostya:
Your new color choices in the duo pane mode looks great.

>> I don't see how

Different meanings of "selected".

Bold green -- context action bar background -- when "something" (messages in a list, text in an edit control...) is selected for some action (mark unread, delete, cut, copy, paste).

Light green (lime) -- highlights (on the left) what you're seeing on the right. Entirely different meaning of "selected", Android documentation calls it "activation".
