Title: How do i create an email template?
Post by: maeyks on November 05, 2014, 02:46:13 am
Hi, I am composing emails to set of people on a daily basis. Is there I way I can make a template email since the message of the email is basically the same? Or is there a better way to do it here in aqua mail?

Thank you in advance to those who will answer.

I do it all the time using "insert quick response" built into Aquamail.

- Start your new email.
- With the cursor in the message area, click on the 3 vertical dots that symbolize "menu"
- scroll down the menu that opens and click on "insert quick response".
- if you've never used it, it may be blank. So, click on "add/edit" and type in the text you want to use. You can also copy /paste it here.

Whenever you want to use this template, click on "insert quick response", click on that text and it will be pasted as a message.

You can have several such texts, not just one. A very useful feature.

Hope this helps.

And one more thing -- the "quick responses" are "global" -- i.e. not tied to a specific account (like they are in stock Android Email, so you'd have to configure "I'll get back to you" as many times as you have accounts).
