As of about a week ago, aqua mail has starting randomly marking my oldest emails as unread again. Each day it seems to be a different amount of emails, from 3 to 42. It is doing this with both accounts I have linked, and only does it to the oldest emails. I didnt update or change any settings recently so im not sure why it's doing this. I've looked through all the settings to see if it was something I could change. I've also checked changes made with the updates and im not seeing it as a new "feature" ssoo somebody PLEASE HELP. Having to go back in and mark tons of emails read again each day is driving me crazy
Thanks
Bethany

No other apps and no one else accessing of course. As for the screen shots, that would be many many pics. Ive checked the settings there's nothing specific to that option, if u have a more specific section of the settings id be happy to check that again

The only thing I was able to locate was the Imap setting. Imap Push is enabled

That what u were hoping for?

So then how do I get some help from someone from aqua mail?
-
I'm here, just not every day.
There is a better way to connect to Hotmail than the one you're currently using, but I only enabled it a couple of months ago.
Please remove the account from Aqua -- and add it back, by entering your name / email / password and pressing Next, without changing any server settings.
This will use IMAP, and the read/unread state of each message will be in sync with web mail. You'll also be able access server side folders (if you have them).

Ok I will try that thank u. I will let you know if it works out.
