Title: Delete mails
Post by: Mr. Nice Guy on September 19, 2014, 06:56:39 pm
Hi,

mails, that I delete are pushed in the delete-folder (don't know the correct English word).
This folder will not be empty after closing the App - I checked this option.
I also checked, that deleted Mails will not stored in the folder for that.

Sorry, hope someone will unstand the problem  8)

OK.

I got it! It's not an AquaMail fault.
The Thunderbird folder "Papierkorb" is mirrored in AM ...
If TB is closed, everthing works perfect.
Many thanks for your help - great forum!

This might help too:

Thunderbird, with the default settings, does not completely remove messages from the original folder when you move them.

You may want to set mail.imap.expunge_after_delete to true in Thunderbird.
