Title: Hiding Filed Messages in Smart Folder

In one of the recent builds,  messages that I have filed to a folder in my Exchange account have started to show up in my Smart Folder view. I can't seem to find an option to hide these again. Anyone know how to configure this?

Thanks. Got a ton of folders. Too bad thier isn't a global setting.

I have 4 email accounts managed in the app. So the smart folder is a nice aggregate view of unread and unfixed messages across my account.
