Title: IMAP Push

I would like to receive an email as soon as the sender pushes the "send" button or soon thereafter.  We are emailing service calls to our technician and it would be great if those could be received as soon as possible.

For this matter I recommend to use WHATSAPP or iMessage... 8)

Well, sure. Long press the account -> options and folders -> account options and enable "IMAP push".

Note that push is an optional part of the IMAP spec, and some servers don't support it.
