Title: List behavior

I know I must be doing something wrong.   I start with the account screen.  When I tap a message on the left side the screen switches to a list on left and message on right.   After an action it bounces back to the account screen.   Kind of annoying bouncing back and forth.   Is there a way to open a fleet and stay in that folder view?
