Title: Deleting Folders

With an IMAP setup, folders have been deleted on the email server that still appear in Aquamail.  Is there a way to delete these obsolete artifact folders?

Well, they shouldn't.... To make sure, can you long press the account -> options and folders -> folders and let it refresh?
