Hi there,
I don't know if this is a bug or not but every time I reply to an email, the usual U I format for replying emails comes up in dark theme which is all normal. But when I touch the message field to drop the cursor and call in the keyboard, the whole screen turns white suggesting that is where I start writing my email. Quite awkward to have that much space especially when I'm using a 10 inch tablet. The same happens when I drop the cursor on the TO field and the SUBJECT field. This just started today.
I'm attaching a screenshot of :
1. My normal reply UI after pressing REPLY icon.
2. When I drop the cursor on the message field to call in the keyboard, the UI changes to this.
3. Same thing happens when I drop the cursor on the TO and SUBJECT fields. In this case, the TO field.
Am I missing something? I hope it's not anything serious.
Sincerely,
Benjamin

No, this is not normal.
I can see this is Android 3.* or 4.*, and the styling for editable areas is dark background (when using a dark theme), unlike Android 2.*'s light background.
I unable to reproduce it though.
Guess you're using the "dark with light messages" theme in AquaMail?
Can you check Aqua settings -> nights and weekends -> if you have "dark theme" / "use dark theme at night" enabled?
That's the only thing I can think of that can change the overall color scheme like that.
Can you also try a different soft input keyboard, preferably the system default.
Oh, and which AquaMail version is this? And the tablet's model and Android version?
