Title: Can I shrink the account name in message view?

Is there any way to shrink the account name (the red bar in the attached picture) in message view? I'm trying to get as much screen space as possible in landscape view.

Also, I've been using AquaMail pretty much exclusively since giving up an old Sense 3.0 device. It's one of the few mail clients that can get out of the way when I'm not using it (unlike others that want to run all the time regardless of sync!) Thanks for a great program.

Or just tap the full screen icon you have in the lower left of your screenshot.

How can I get get this "full screen icon in the lower left" when using the portrait mode?
I see that icon only at landscape mode...

There is not enough room to put all the icons I'd like right in the icon bar, when in port orientation --

-- so please do Menu -> View

Also note that the full screen mode is sticky from one message to the next, so you can just enable it once
