Title: Change icon color

With the new update, my icon color went from gold to a bright orange. Is there somewhere within the settings where I can change the color?

If you are talking about colored icons used in widgets -- yes, I changed them all to match the Android Holo palette

(and also added high-resolution versions for the modern 1920 x 1080 phones).

There is no setting to use the old ones.
