Title: outlook sign in problems

ive got two outlook accounts, one has linked in perfect but the other one hasnt the email and password work fine as ive just signed in on my pc with it,
i keep getting the following message

incoming mail server (POP3): Authentication error. - ERR authentication failed

outgoing mail server (SMTP): Authentication error. 535 5.0.0 Authentication Failed

Please make sure the data is correct

any one please help me with this.

its a samsung note 2 lte

Pls use settings provided in screen shot if it works for you pls provide feedback!!

Select manual setting--->IMAP

done that, but still wont let me, i can set everything up as shown in your screen shot apart from the out going server which i cant select TLS

Those error messages come from the mail server.

Are you able to log into web mail for this account?

Can you try to? And then log out, and log back in?

Sometimes these large mail services try to be "clever" and want users to re-authenticate in web mail from time to time.
