Every now and again, I am reading an email that I have opened and Aqua Mail automatically loads one of the emails next to it. I don't know if it happens to just the email before or after, or under what conditions this happens. I have looked through the FAQ and so far have not seen a topic that may help. Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how I might stop the other email from loading by itself?
Thanks,
Danny

Do you have a recent Samsung device (e.g. Galaxy S4, Note 3)?
Might be Aqua's support for Samsung™ AirBrowse®.
This is a way to flip between items (messages, gallery images, etc.) by waving you hand above the device.
Please see Aqua settings -> message view -> turn off Samsung™ AirBrowse®.
Maybe I should make this disabled by default... :)

Thank you!
Yes, I have a one or two month old Samsung Galaxy Note 3! I will check what you mention and will set the program as you say. It was only a very small sometime annoyance. Your email program is fantastic.

I just looked up what Air Browse is, and Air Gesture came up. It seems that the Air Gesture setting is not enabled on my phone, but the settings you mention are enabled in Aqua Mail, so that might not be the cause.

"the settings you mention are enabled in Aqua Mail, so that might not be the cause"
I assume you meant "that might be the cause"?
Please turn this setting off in Aqua.
The setting in the system settings app might only control this "thing" for Samsung's own apps built into the firmware.
If Aqua has this setting at all on its settings screen, it means it's seeing that the device supports this capability, and uses it.
I've already changed the default to disabled.

I have not had this issue since I first posted on it, but I went back and disabled the setting as you indicate. Only time will tell. Hopefully it will never happen again, but in any case it was such a minor issue in a truly wonderful mail client. I am a PRO user and also use your WiFi Manager (as did my wife before she just went to an IPhone, her first).
Thanks,
