Hi,
I have sync problem with my Android Galaxy S3 and Outlook 2010. When i delete an email or mark as read on outlook, this email is still seen on aqua mail and it is unread. It is the same when i delete an email on aqua mail.
How can i solve this problem?

What type of account is it in Aqua?
POP3?
Please long press the account in Aqua -> options and folders -> account options -> enable "Remove deleted messages".
To go in the other direction:
For a POP3 account, moving messages to Deleted does not affect the server until you purge the folder.
To do this:
- Long press (the folder) in Aqua, choose Delete all.
Easier way:
- Menu -> Empty local [ Deleted ] in the account list
Automatic:
- Aqua settings -> mail, other -> enable "Purge [ Deleted ] on exit"
This should make Aqua actually delete those message from the server. The rest depends on your Outlook setup, of course. I assume it a has a setting similar to Aqua's "Remove deleted messages".

What are the best settings to keep the emails on the server until they are downloaded into my laptop Outlook? Then I do not mind if they are no longer visible in AquaMail.

Aqua does not delete messages from mail servers when it checks mail. It's not just a default setting, there is simply no code in Aqua to do that.
Therefore, the best way probably is:
- Never delete messages in Aqua
- Enable Aqua delete its local copy of those messages which your desktop mail app picks up and deletes from the server
To do this (it's off by default for POP3):
- Long press the account -> options and folders -> account options -> enable "Remove deleted messages".
The setting means "Remove from Aqua those messages that were downloaded into the app earlier, and later found to be missing from the server, presumably deleted by some other mail app".
Sounds like this would be a perfect fit for your setup.
