Title: Toolbar position Nexus 4 v Nexus 7

Love this app, but would like the Inbox toolbar to appear in the same position on both my Nexus 4 and 7. On the 4 it sits at the bottom of the screen, on the 7 it's at the top. I'd like to change the position on the 4 to the top - is this possible?

Google's recommendation for "narrow" devices is to use "split action bar", where the icons are along the bottom.

There is, however, a setting just for the compose window (the intent is to move the send button away from the soft keyboard). It's in app settings under Composing and Sending.
