Title: Read receipt and push service

Hi.
First of all, great work I think and hope your program is what I'm looking for.
I use an exhange server based email for work.
For me its important to:
- ask for read-receipts for sending email (sent from me)
- give read-receipts for incoming emails (chosing on a case-by-case basis, or always)
- have a push service.

How can I get the first two features?
Furthermore, I've noticed about 10 minutes delay for incoming emails, not happing with the stardard email program (Sony xperia Z1).

Hello,

^^ there now, in the Menu when composing a message

- give read-receipts for incoming emails (chosing on a case-by-case basis, or always)

^^ not there

- have a push service

^^ not there

I've noticed about 10 minutes delay for incoming emails, not happing with the stardard email program

^^ this looks like the effects of Aqua not supporting push for EWS accounts

I supposed there was some incompatibility with EWS accounts.
As a matter of fact, although there is the read-receipt possibility when sending the message, but it does not work for me.
