Title: "Move to" menu not reappearing

Version 1.3.9.1
Cyanogenmod 10.1.3-i9100
Samsung Galaxy S2

How to reproduce:
1. In the smart folder, select a message
2. Touch the "Move to" button
3. Touch "Cancel"
4. Touch the "Move to" button

What is expected: The "Move to" menu reappears.

What happens: Nothing. To make it reappear, deselect the message and select it again. The touch the "Move to" button.

I just tested this on my Galaxy S II GT-I9100M
Version Kernel 2.6.35.7-I9100MUGK2-CL371789

The menu does not disappear, it works as it should, folowing the precise description in the previous message.

The fix is present in the 1.3.23 I posted today.
