When i click on attachment button for attach a file menu opens and i can choose:
- Gallery
- OfficeSuite
- Sound Register
- Music
- Google Play Music
i not found most important: FILE MANAGEMENT/FILE MANAGER. With file manager i can select the files in folder, root, etc or other....
Why i have not file manager as a possible choice?
Can i modify this android option for AQUAMAIL or isn't possibile?

A quick compliment may be in order here.
A friend has started to use aquamail because the app he uses to handle gpx attachments (tracks from/for a gps) is not offered as an option with his original email, but it is with aquamail. I assume the other guys are doing something wrong, but cannot imagine what, not that it matters, as you possibly have a new customer.

Umm, interesting about gpx...
My code does not do anything unusual -- just 1) gets the mime type from the message, 2) looks it up by extension if it's the generic "application/octet-stream", meaning it wasn't properly set on the sending side and 3) asks Android to launch the attachment, providing the mime type.
The rest all happens without my app's involvement - it's the system that presents the list of apps which can handle the mime type...

I know this is an old thread but I think it is relevant to my current problem.
I too receive mail containing GPX files. On my old phone I used to 'Save and open' the gpx files perfectly i.e. the file opened in my AlpineQuest app. However, on my new phone it does not.. once the file is saved I get options to 'Open with' of 'Nova Launcher' and 'Backup/Restore' but no 'AlpineQuest'. How do I get 'AlpineQuest' on to the list of Apps I can open the file with?
