Title: Insert quick response?

In Aquamail installed on my Nexus 7 2013 tablet, when writing a new message if I click on menu I find an entry for "insert quick response" which I find very useful.

However, in Aquamail installed on my Nexus 5 phone, the option to "insert quick response" does not appear. I've looked everywhere for the option to turn it on but cannot find it.

How do I make "insert quick response" available on my phone?
On tablet:

Found it!
I didn't realize I need to scroll on the smaller screen.
