On Samsung S4 (SGH-I33T) running stock Android 4.3 (1337UCUEMK2) running AquaMail Pro version1.3.8
I have AquaMail Pro set for IMAP push, and I am not getting all emails pushed. My e-mail and web site is hosted by an outside company, and I am receiving all e-mails on my local client (GoldMine), but AquaMail is not getting them all. I just had someone send me 2 emails, and both showed up on my computer client, but just the first on AquaMail.
This occurs whether my local client is open or closed.
I could use a "handhold"
Thanks

I'm not quite sure how to answer. Let me tell you my sync settings in Account options.
Scheduled sync is checked
Include in "Sync All" in not checked
IMAP Push is checked
Any help in answering you question?

First, what is the email provider? GoDaddy, by any chance?
Second, in the case like you described, does opening the app and using the account's refresh button get the "missing" message?

Thank you for you interest. The problem turned out to be the phone itself, and I caused it. I used some third party "optimzer" that affected several apps. I tried deleting and reinstalling AquaMail, but that did not solve the problem.
I had to go through the big effort or resetting the phone, and then reinstalling all of my apps (luckily I had a list of them). Syncing my contacts, etc., was quite easy.
After I reinstalled AquaMail I was at first experiencing a problem with the phone (Knox Manager) blocking incoming emails if wi-fi was off. With wi-fi on, all email came through. After a number of hours, Knox Manager stopped blocking calls with wi-fi off, and AquaMail is running perfectly.
You have created a wonderful product, BTW!

Knox Manager? Ouch, that was one of Samsung's big features in the 4.3 update, wasn't it?
Would you be able to share how you found this out? Was there some sort of notification / setting / warning in the Knox app? Just so I can help others who might run into this?

Yes, it was one wonderful addition in 4.3 as Samsung is trying for added security for the corporate market that BlackBerry had dominated it.
To answer your question: After I received a security notice on the screen, I "pulled down" from the home screen, and got the security warning there. I long pressed the warning, and an "app info" notice appeared. I pressed that, and it opened the Knox Manager screen.
I hope this is of help.

Edit: From that Knox screen I could have done a force close, but I didn't. It just stopped on its own after a few hours.
