I have a pop3 email a/c set up on my android phone using aqua mail. My friend just got a new phone and we are tying to set up her pop3 email but keep getting errors. we both have the same work domain email. Is there a way to check the settings in my aqua mail phone app to see what I am using for my pop3, income and outgoing servers and ports?

Yes.
Long press the account -> Account setup -> tap Manual.
You'll be looking at incoming server settings.
Tap Next to advance to outgoing server settings.
