Title: Contact picture not displaying

With the newest general release, I noticed that the pictures of known contacts are not displaying in the inbox message list.. They don't display in the message view either. This is the same on Nexus 7 as well as HTC One - both are on pre-KitKat OS.

Most of the emails received before the update do show the contact pictures.

Oooops, false alarm. Turns out a couple of my contacts changed their email addresses without letting me know.

I hate when they do that.
