Title: Setting up email check interval

Hi, I just purchased the app but I'm having a hard time understanding the settings. I want to have my email checked every day, every 10 minutes between 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. I want the app to check my mail when I open it. I see that you can adjust settings for the email account itself and the main app settings. Which one do I set up and how? The many options are great but overwhelming for an old person like me. Thanks for any help.

Start with global app settings, under "Mail, receiving" change the interval to 10 minutes. Same screen, scroll down, enable "sync on events", select "when the app resumes".

To skip checking mail at night, see the "night and weekend" section.
