I have my client configured for delete from server and I find that when I delete an email and try to read another email that hasn't fully loaded from the server, I get an error that that email isn't on the server.
If I wait several minutes, it loads the email without error.
I'm not sure if this is an issue with my ISP's mail server or the aquamail client. I haven't experienced it on any other mail client, though.
The account is POP3.

Delete where? In AquaMail or another app (desktop mail)?
Please try:
Long press the account -> options and folders -> POP3 -> increase "message locate limit".
If it doesn't help, please capture the issue in a debug log:

Sorry, my explaination should have been more clear. Yes this is in Aquamail.
I tried changing the message locate limit (now 250) and it didn't fix it.
I sent you the log file.

It looks like the update you sent fixed the problem, thanks.

This new update is turning numbers into links. It seems to think 638.00 is a phone number. Can I disable this? I'm using a tablet and can't make calls anyway.
-
Yes, there is a setting for it. Please look in the development builds section, it's been discussed at length.
PS - tablets have VoIP and unfortunately, Android seems to always say it's supported.. Even when no actual VoIP apps are installed.
