Fixed some false positives in phone number detection.

Fixed IP addresses sometimes being detected as phone numbers. Should fix some other false positives too.

I like the phone number detection just the way it is. Maybe you should just add an option to turn it off for the people that do not like it.

1.2.5.14 has a setting to turn off the phone number highlighting.
