Title: How do I set the "leave messages on server" flag.
Post by: Rod Cavanagh on October 09, 2013, 07:03:49 pm
I have installed Aqua Mail (free version) on my new SamsungGalaxy Tab 2.
I have set up my POP Mail account in Aqua Mail but I cannot find how to set the “leave messages on server” flag.  I use this feature on my Windows netbook so that I can access my email account when I am travelling while leaving all my incoming messages on the server to be downloaded to my main computer when I return home.
Is this feature available in Aqua Mail?
If so how do I set it?
Or do I need Aqua Mail Pro?

AquaMail never deletes messages from mail servers just when checking mail, unlike desktop mail apps. There is not a setting for it, it just always works that way.

And while we're on the subject of various ways to delete (and maybe at the same time not delete) messages... allow me to refer you to the FAQ, which covers this near the top in pretty good detail:
