Title: Must Create Mailbox Before Append

Whenever I try to send an email I get an error. 

BAD * OK.  Must create a mailbox before append.

What does this mean and how do I fix it.

That message comes from the server.

Sounds like the IMAP server is either misbehaving, or want you to do something (I have no idea what).

Please run this error message by the mail service's support.
