Firstly, I'd like to say my appreciation to the makers of Aquamail. It's a wonderful piece of software. Thankyou.
Coming to my question, I use Outlook.com entirely web based,so I don't download any mail to my PC. I mostly use my tablet since I 'm mostly in the field and have synchronized Aquamail to hourly, and I open some mail and mark the rest as read, but when INTERNET log into my a/c at outlook.com, I have a bunch of unread mail - whatever I opened or marked read in Aquamail, was not synchronized to outlook.com
Is there a way I can get my outlook.com webmail to synchronize to what I do in Aquamail?

You'll need to add the account into AquaMail again, using Manual settings, IMAP server type, and settings from here:
http://blogs.office.com/b/microsoft-outlook/archive/2013/09/12/outlook-com-now-with-imap.aspx
Only IMAP provides message state sync, POP3 which is the default for @outook.com, does not.
You might want to read this too, and maybe other messages about using IMAP to access Outlook.com:
