Title: truncation of text in email body

Occasionally, AM truncates messages and fails to capture the entire body of an email. Emails are truncated in mid-sentence. I am using POP3 on a company email server (not sure what kind it is). Today I encountered this problem on the same email using both a Galaxy S3 and a Galaxy Tab 3. I have a Gmail account that reads the same server, and it did not truncate the message that AM truncated. Not sure what to do. Thank you.
