Cant find the option to create a signature. Please help.

Easy.
When writing an email, click on menu (3 vertical dots) and then "insert quick response". That's how I do it because it allows me to also quickly insert other bits of prepared text as well.

On the account list, long-press an account to bring up the account settings menu, choose Options and folders, then Composing and sending. There you'll find options to set the default greeting and signature for that account.
