Title: Threaded view and excludes from Smart Inbox

Dear Kostya,

I am subscribed to a lot of mailing lists. Thus the upcoming feature of threaded views will be a big advance for Aqua-Mail and help a lot with reading the e-mails in the list.

The e-mails from the mailings lists are automatically sorted into their own folders by sieve. It would be helpful to exclude these folders from the Smart Inbox view individually in order not to clog the Smart Inbox with low priority e-mails. What do you think about this suggestion?

To set whether a particular folder is included in the smart folder:

Long press the account -> options and folders -> folders -> scroll to a folder, tap the settings icon on the right -> unselect "show in smart folder".
