Title: Cosmetic change in Server/Folder list

As i like a clean and simple interface i do not use the option "Server names in bold" nor the colored icons in front of the folders. So i would like to make a suggestions which in my opinion makes it easier to see and differentiate the folders from the server name.

Move the folder names a little to the right, have a look at the screenshot.
