Title: Smart Inbox refresh takes ages

Hi,

I'm experiencing a weird issue. If I press the refresh button in the smart inbox it takes for ever but if I go back and tap the button where I see the accounts and smart inbox it works fine.

Is this a known issue?

If you go back to the account list after hitting refresh the smart folder, are per-account and per-folder refresh wheels still spinning?

I think there might be a bug where the smart folder's refresh icon does not update after all the accounts have been refreshed (and that's what refreshing from the smart folder does - refresh all accounts).

Can you check?

I can't reproduce it with my current development build, btw.
