Is there any possibility to print my emails, at least as a pdf-file?

Have you checked out Cloud Print? That app just released an update today that allows it to work with AquaMail.

Did you test it?
I have no idea to print the mail - not appendix- with Cloud Print or PrinterShare

yes, you can print messages by using Menu | Copy/Send/Share to.../ choose your favorite app like "cloud print", "printer share", ...
