Hello - When I send messages using the GMAIL app on the Samsung S-3 the sent message appears in my IN-BOX in Outlook. When I send messages using Aqua Mail Pro I usually do not receive the message in Outlook. During the times that the message appears in Outlook it is truncated. Any suggestions? Thanks.

1. Why do you receive a sent message in the In-Box of Outlook when you use Gmail app on your Android? You should see it in the Sent folder.
2. Have you enabled the function "Save sent message" in the account options and alsu set the send folder to sync in AquaMail?

Actually, Save Sent is not needed for Gmail and is turned off for @gmail.com accounts -- Gmail's SMTP (outgoing message) server automatically files all sent messages in "[Gmail]/Sent".
Can you check web mail to narrow down the issue, whether it's between my app and Gmail, or between Gmail and Outlook?

The outgoing messages appear in Gmail webmail. They do not appear in Outlook. If I were using the Gmail application on my phone the outgoing massages would also appear in Outlooks in-box. I love aquamail but must have all my messages on multiple devices. Hopeyou can figure this one out. Thank you for a wonderful app.

Do they appear in Gmail web mail as Sent messages?
(please use the folder / label selector on the left side of Gmail's web mail UI).
Gmail's sent folder is actually called [Gmail]/Sent, can you verify that your Outlook configuration is:
1) using IMAP 2) is configured to sync [GMail]/Sent?

Ok, I just looked into it (even though I'm an Outlook expert about as much as I'm an opera singer).
1) Added my @gmail.com account in Outlook 2007.
- Surprise: automatic configuration chose POP3, which does not support access to server folders (Sent or otherwise).
- Fix: used manual configuration, chose IMAP as the account type, entered imap.gmail.com, SSL, port 993, and all the rest
2) Gmail's server side folders showed in Outlook, "special" folders were under [Gmail], as expected (Gmail uses [Gmail]/Sent, [Gmail]/Drafts, etc.)
3) Sent myself a test message from this account in AquaMail
4) The sent message showed in [Gmail]/Sent in Outlook a few seconds later
Based on the above, I can only conclude that the issue you're experiencing has to do with your Outlook configuration.
I'd say, check your Gmail account type in Outlook, and make sure it's IMAP. This is under Tools -> Accounts, it should be IMAP/SMTP and not POP/SMTP.

Thank you very much. That was exactly the issue. Much appreciated.
