Title: Remove folders from the account view

Hi,

I can add different folders to the account view, but how can I remove them again (not deleting from the server but only from the view)? Problem is, that my folder list keeps growing while I only want to check occasionally other folders beside the INBOX.

For the folders you only access occasionally, long press the account, choose Options and Folders, Folders, scroll to whichever folder you don't need all the time, and change to "Sync as incoming" to "Do not sync".

Now, those folders you access on an as needed basis will be shown in the account list (on tablet devices) and the folder drop-down (when you open another folder).

Right now their number is limited to 3, and they expire after one week. However, I just posted a version that has settings for both of these (the number of recents shown, and how fast they expire), both are under Account list in the app's settings.
