Title: Enable full screen - All folders + Automatic in Landscape

Hi,

Please enable full screen support for all folders not just Inbox.
Furthermore please make an option to automatically enable full screen when in landscape (any folders/view) - in other words, automatically hide status bar in landscape (Boat Browser has this option and I find it VERY helpful).
