Title: How do I upload a text file from SD card as an attachment

Could someone please explain how I can attach a text file on my sd card (or from any other local file for that matter) to a message to be sent.
The FAQ page indicates that I need to install a file manager....but I do not know which or how?

Could anyone offer me some help with this....

OK, problem resolved.....
Simply installing a file manager app and it appears in the list of options to upload the attachment!

It was as easy as that ::)
