The widget is already scrollable, what version of Android are you running?

I'm on v2.3.6
My phone is rooted and I am using Go Launcher Ex.
I'm running CheckROM_RevoHD_V6 (XWLA4).

I could be wrong, but I don't think that active widgets came along until a later version of Android (apart from some custom systems by HTC or Samsung for their own apps)
