Title: sending emails problem (IMAP)
Post by: tomjel on April 19, 2013, 01:09:37 pm
Hi,
I have a problem with sending emails after last update to 1.2.3.15. I have AquaMail Pro.
I'm using several accounts and all are IMAP ones, but only one have over 5k emails in sent folder
and problem occurs with this account.
After update I can still send emails but AquaMail can't write it to the send folder on the server;/
Pls, help.

Is there a specific error message you're getting? What does "can't write" mean specifically?

Could you capture a debug log showing this issue?

I don't get any error message.
It seems like emails sends properly but it doesn't write in sent folder.
I've captured a debug log and send to you.

Can you long press the account -> choose Options and Folders, and under Account options, make sure that "save sent" is in fact enabled?

Turned out, the account was over quota, uploading sent messages was failing.

It's not over quota problem.
Emails sending from outlook are properly written to the server.

Passed two months since you reported the problem. Does it still exist?

Is there any way I could get a log file, with "raw data" enabled, capturing the issue (a test email)?

Without a log, I can only guess, or do a "works for me" <shrug> :)
